ONE40WILLIAM was designed to meet the highest standards of sustainable design by the Green Building Council and gained a 5-Star design rating, recognised as Australian Excellence’ in design. The sustainable building is expected to save over 200 million litres of water, almost $200k of electricity and 1900 tonnes of carbon dioxide every year.
Our works package included concrete supply, placement and pumping, formwork and perimeter safety screens from basement level 3 to the roof. The scope of works included the engineered isolation system designed to insulate the structure from the live train tunnel below. Remedial works were also undertaken to restore the heritage listed adjoining buildings.
